As a single mother of three, I’ve faced my fair share of struggles - whether it’s parenting guilt, addiction, or just the weight of trying to do it all. With my background in addictions counseling, a Master’s in Instructional Design, and a heart for helping others, I’ve created resources that help people like you overcome obstacles, develop strong habits, and unlock their full potential.
